An important message from the Philadelphia Department of Public Health

An important message from the Philadelphia Department of Public Health

My name is Terri Clark and I am an Outreach Specialist with the Philadelphia Department of Health’s COVID Containment Unit. The Partnerships and Outreach team has developed a community survey to elicit feedback on COVID-19 services and supports. Our aim is to learn more about the complex needs of our diverse Philadelphia communities during this pandemic. We are distributing the survey to a wide network of community and civic organizations and welcome your response as a leader with your community. Additionally, please feel free to share the survey with your networks and community members. Responses will inform planning and implementation of PDPH-led initiatives that support COVID-19-related needs throughout the city. The survey should take just a few minutes and will be open until Wednesday, January 13. Finally, please find attached a flyer for our upcoming COVID-19 Information Session. Topics will include the COVID-19 vaccine, expanding access to COVID-19 testing, and explaining how to use the testing map on the PDPH website. There are two options to attend: Tuesday January 26 from 6pm -7pm or Thursday, January 28 from 11am to 12noon. A registration link is included on the flyer which you can share widely with your networks. Please contact me or Emily Klein with any questions or concerns. Thank you for your support and interest. Regards, tc Terri Clark, MPH She/Her Outreach Specialist Division of COVID-19 Containment | Philadelphia Department of Public Health 215-218-3481 |
