IN DARK TIMES, WILL THERE ALSO BE SINGING? BY WILLIAM DOUGHERTY
From 6:00 PM – 7:30 PM the Rail Park welcomes composer and sound artist, William Dougherty, for a pop-up and expansion of his sound installation, In dark times, will there also be singing?: a participatory sound installation, musical composition, and live performance, where passers-by are invited to sing a song of joy. After the artist-led demonstration, audience members are invited to participate and record their own joyful song to be included in the Rail Park’s Time Capsule.
