Presentation for redevelopment of the former horse stables on N. 13th St.

On Monday evening May 10th, the board and members of the public were given a detailed presentation of the development project now underway at 500-506 N. 13th St. The former horse stables are being reimagined as rental apartments to include 23 units with commercial spaces on the ground floor. The intent is to preserve as much of the original structure as possible so the exterior remains historically accurate while the interior will be all-new construction. Architectural firm Canno Design is the design firm of record.
