From 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM enjoy participatory activities like meditation, yoga, printmaking, and tours! Note that these require your active involvement, so please dress comfortably.
BREATHE IN ABUNDANCE WITH NALAVERSE | 4:30 - 5:00
Find a seat and a safe space to explore the breath. With breathwork, we open ourselves to a clearer mind, healthier relationships, more restful sleep & a deeper connection with ourselves and the earth.
MINI FEEL GOOD FLOW WITH NALAVERSE | 5:00 - 5:30
This class is all about feeling good from the inside out. Utilizing movement and the breath, the ultimate goal is to ground you deeper within.
PRINTMAKING WORKSHOP WITH JUSTINE KELLEY | 4:00 - 6:00
Take your newfound non-judgmental curiosity into a hands-on printmaking workshop instructed by Philadelphia artist Justine Kelley. Participants will be supplied with a Rail Park tote bag to use as their canvas.
WALKING TOUR WITH LAND HEALTH INSTITUTE | 4 - 4:45 / 5 - 5:45
LandHealth Institute (LHI) is a nonprofit based in the West Parkside neighborhood of Philadelphia with a mission to restore connections between nature and people. Join Scott Quitel, Founder and CEO of LHI, for a walking tour of the Phase One neighborhood, highlighting its unique natural and human ecosystem.
From 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM kick back, relax, and enjoy live music from local artists, curated by REC Philly and end the night with a site-specific performance by the Kun-Yang Lin Dancers.

BYOB (Bring Your Own Blanket) and find a spot to cozy up for a surprise line-up of REC Philly artists.
DANCE PERFORMANCE | 7:30 - 8
Kun-Yang Lin/Dancers (KYL/D) celebrates the ability of dance to integrate body, spirit, and mind, inviting audiences worldwide to engage in their own journeys of self-discovery.
*The Rail Park is ADA and wheelchair accessible.
*Please note that we are still functioning at limited capacity and therefore require registration for all programs.
*We encourage you to wear a mask while participating in programs at the Rail Park, for our safety and yours.
*All activities and performances are family-friendly.
*There will be no food or drink offered in the park, however, we are working with local restaurants and breweries to offer perks during the event.
