Philadelphia Town Watch Program
Provides valuable support, resources and equipment to volunteers who are active as partners in community safety. Operation Town Watch promotes public safety through citizen participation in crime prevention patrols and block organizing efforts.

Town Watch operates in every police district in every neighborhood of the city. You can help promote safety by volunteering a few hours a month to make your neighborhood a safer place in which to live.
